Standard Supporting Documents Purchase

Definition
This is a generic list of standard information that may be required when we complete a loan application for a purchase. Every application and lender is unique, and I will request specific information once we decide on a loan that meets your needs and fits your goals.

    • 2 latest consecutive electronic payslips for all parties of the loan, less than 60 days old showing the Employers name, ABN and the Employees name.
    • Latest PAYG summaries for all parties of the loan. (The document supplied by your employer at the end of the financial year, not the Tax Assessment Notice issued by the Tax Office).
    • Identification documents:
      • Current Drivers License.
      • Birth certificate or Passport.
      • Marriage certificate (if names different on other IDs).
      • Medicare card.
    • 6 months of savings account statements to prove Genuine Savings. We will need at least one original statement, and the most recent transactions can be a print out from internet banking.
    • Latest statement proving Funds to complete the purchase. If the statement is over 6 weeks old, in addition, need to provide proof of current balance to link to the statement (bank receipt, internet balance etc).
    • The following pages of the Contract of Sale:
      • Signatures Page.
      • Particulars of sale page.
      • Any special conditions.
      • Section 32.
    • Screen shot of your internet banking balance summary (accounts, loans and credit cards).
    • I will be collecting details of your last 3 years of employment and residence history, so please be prepared with full details of these.
    • I will be asking you for current estimated values of your superannuation, motor vehicles, contents and any other assets, so please have this information ready.
    • Your solicitor/conveyancers contact details.
      • Firm name.
      • Contact name.
      • Address.
      • Phone numbers.
      • Email address.

    • To ensure that the loan that we select is not unsuitable for your personal financial situation, I will need an estimate of your monthly living expenses. They may include such items as:
      • Food,
      • housekeeping.
      • Insurances.
      • Utilities.
      • Transport.
      • Education or Childcare.
      • Dependents support.
      • Entertainment.
      • Other expenses that you regularly incur.
