Hi *|FNAME|*, Spring is upon us and this week the Melbourne weather is heating up, as is the property market with new stock being listed daily.

Buying a home at auction can be an intimidating process, so in this edition of Your Finance News we share some tips and tactics for tilting property auctions in your favour.

This month we share a couple of changes within the EquityVision team, saying farewell to our administrative assistant Natalia Pustovoitova who is heading home to Ukraine and we welcome Mortgage Broker Jeremy Edwards.

In other news, Michele has returned from a 5 week break, having travelled to France, Spain, England, Scotland and New Zealand. It is a great opportunity to find time in her calendar for a chat about your home loan and property plans.

As always, if you have any questions regarding your current loans or future finance needs, feel free to email advice@equityvision.com.au or click the button below to book an appointment.
