Of course, you do not have to physically inspect a property to buy it – some agents are offering video remote inspections – but it would certainly make a big financial decision even harder, and may not provide quite enough confidence to make the purchase decision.

As soon as the market starts to open up, you will have a bigger deposit and be in a stronger buying position.
